ahhhh, raining at the morning... nice weather to sleep la... dun want to wake up!!!
hehe, end up slept till 8.30am
9.30am Breakfast - Egg sandwich + 1/2 guava
1.30pm Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple
3pm: one pcs of chocolate (souvenir from pei yun)
4.30pm: Apple as tea break, cause later gotto go jogging. So will have late dinner.
7.30pm: Jogging - 10 rounds x SRC tracks.
8.30pm: Dinner - 炸鱼片汤 + 煎鸡蛋饭 and 1 slice of watermelon
10pm: Supper - Duku langsat ~300 gram
12am: 50 x sit up before sleep

but i understand! ppl on diet will crave for 重口味的食物 sometimes~
it would be good if u can do some toning exercise before jogging, this can burn more fat and increase muscle mass (my gym instructor told me one)

haha, not craving for 重口味的食物 la... juz that cant 2 at 8.30pm+ that time not much option d... maybe next time go for other option...
