After back from fattening kukup trip, this week must greatly reduce foods intake!!!

8am: Breakfast - Mr Bean Soya Milk + MayoEgg pancake

12.15pm: Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple

6pm: Dinner - Yong Taufu soup + 1 apple

10.30pm: Supper - 1 apple

Went to measure weight at 4pm, thinking must be very jialat d... eik, who know my weight dropped 0.6kg compared to the day before i wenty to Kukup!!! Yeah~~~~

so now my weight is (X - 2) kg.

PS: X refer to my weight measured at 3 Nov 2010.

Kukup 增肥之旅 13,14 Nov 2010

2年之后,我又来到了kukup了。。。这次是来庆祝 ZL 和 MY passed 了 PhD Qualifying Exam 的。
找死咯,不是说要减肥么???? 还去吃海鲜大餐!!!

一大清早8am就出发了,去到 Woodlands Causeway Point 收到PY不要去的坏消息了 :'( 然后巴士走着走着,eik,又看到 Causeway Point 的!!! 原来有一班小伙子迟到了。。。 郁闷~~~ 然后去到马来西亚海关,又有2个人“不小心“ 走去了 City Square! 等了半小时。。。 郁闷中的郁闷~~~

到了中午12点,终于到了kukup。午餐先来个 8 course MALES (Fyler stated MALES instead of Meals, LOL) 海鲜大餐!!! CK应该很开心,有MALES给他吃。。。 但是因为我们只有6个人,8道菜被减少至6道菜 - 鱼,虾,蟹,鱿鱼,豆腐还有很难吃的菜心。


之后先去 kelong 看鱼,然后就check in 房间,开始唱K,打麻将,玩牌!!! 4pm 的下午茶有炒米粉,咖哩鸡还有糖水。 吃完了就去市场走走。

回到房间继续唱K,打麻将,玩牌! 7pm有 Seafoods BBQ - 炒饭,鸡翅膀,虾,stringray, sotong, satay, 虾饼,香肠,云吞,等等等等等。。。。 最恐怖是我们不需要自己去烧烤,人家烤好了就送来给我们,好像皇帝般的生活。只差几个美女在身边服侍罢了。吃完之后再继续唱K,打麻将,玩牌,一直玩到半夜1点才去睡。


第2天7点起床,大家都还在熟睡。我一个人跑去海边吹吹风,手中拿着一杯上等的咖啡(Nescafe 3 in 1)。冷冷的海风打在脸上,偶尔还传来阵阵的臭味(应该是其他人大便然后直接冲下海里的味道)爽!!!

当早餐准备好了,就去叫大家起床。吃过早餐,就乘船去红树林走走。 回到码头,再吃多一顿海鲜餐,然后才搭上巴士,带着“依依不舍“的心情回到新加坡。

这样2天大吃大喝,吃完就玩,玩了再吃的旅行,我的体重究竟上升了多少呢??? 答案将在下一个Post揭晓!!!

Thinking go jogging before dinner de, who knows start raining right before i wanted to go jogging!!! Then bo bian, juz can go hv dinner 1st...
6pm: Dinner - Ban Mian @ cant A + 1/2 guava

After came out from cant A, found that stopped raining d...

9pm: Jogging @ SRC - 10 rounds

10.30pm: Supper - 1 apple

6pm: DInner - Mee Hoon Kuey @ cant A

11.45pm: Supper - 1/2 plate of Green salad

Today zhang li confirmed our trip to Kukup this weekend!!!! OMG, my slimming plan gone!!! 2 seafoods lunch + 1 BBQ dinner OMG OMG!!!

ahhhh, raining at the morning... nice weather to sleep la... dun want to wake up!!!

hehe, end up slept till 8.30am

9.30am Breakfast - Egg sandwich + 1/2 guava

1.30pm Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple

3pm: one pcs of chocolate (souvenir from pei yun)

4.30pm: Apple as tea break, cause later gotto go jogging. So will have late dinner.

7.30pm: Jogging - 10 rounds x SRC tracks.

8.30pm: Dinner - 炸鱼片汤 + 煎鸡蛋饭 and 1 slice of watermelon

10pm: Supper - Duku langsat ~300 gram

12am: 50 x sit up before sleep

wah, today very busy, almost no time to write the food diary tim...
but die die must write out before go to sleep!!!

8am: Breakfast - 豆沙饼 1个(婉嘉从melaka带回来的 ) + 1/2 cup HL low fat milk

12pm: Lunch - Trimshake + 1 apple + small slice of banana cheesecake (thanks shi min for the super nice cheesecake, i want more next time!!!)

5pm: Dinner - Oyng Taufu soup with bee hoon

11.30pm: Supper - 1 apple + 1/2 pcs of Royce chocolate (sinful!!!)

Bye bye coffee



2 months ago when i went for a general eye check, the optometrist told me that the pressure in my eyes balls is slightly higher than average value of 21 mmHg. Until now i still dunno how's the condition and what is the reason. During last visit, i was asked to go for specialist for a more detailed check up. Emmm, when i free then only go to make the check-up appointment la, hehe

And i searched from website that drinking coffee (or any other caffeine containing drinks) might increase the eye balls' pressure. From the day, till now... i already stopped drinking coffee.... At first it's very torturing, especially during teabreak, when my labmates are tasting their own coffee while taking a break from busy experiment works.

Then from my last visit to the optometrist, he told me that actually there is no scientific research on the effect of caffeine on eye balls pressure. Sienz, because of one article i stopped drinking coffee for 2 months!!!

But this maybe a good thing for me. Now i'm no longer drink coffee in office (perviously i would have at least 2 cup of coffee everyday!).

Yeah, coffee-free days for me now on!!! Maybe i will replace coffee with green tea (good for keep fit also, hehe), in case i "mouth itchy" in office.

2pm: Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple [~200kcal]

7pm Dinner - Mixed rice with 3 vege dishes + 1 self-made 饺子烫

Dessert after dinner: 1 apple

50 x sit up before sleep, hehe

whole day slacking at home, drama + gaming :p

9.30am: Breakfast - 1 slice of wholemeal bread + 1/2 cup of low-fat HL milk (~100kcal)

1pm: Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple (~200kcal)

With refer to my weight measured at 3 Nov (i called it as X kg, hehe), weight measured today at 2pm is (X-0.6) kg. Will record the weight lose every 2,3 days...

7pm Dinner: Mixed rice - less rice + 2 vege, 1 taufu, and 1 fried egg
1 slice of honeydrew

Early morning wake up breakfast together with dear dear and send her to bus stop... yawn.... sleepy....

6.30am Breakfast: Chee Cheong Fun (shld be around 200kcal)

12.30pm Lunch: Trimshake submeal + 1 apple (~200kcal)0

7.30pm DInner Subway - Subway Melt [384kcal] + 2 cookies [~400kcal] + a cup of coke light

OMG....... my dinner contains around 800kcal!!!!!!!!!! chammm la chammm la....
tomorrow gotto cut down foods d.... NO MORE FAST FOODS NEXT TIME!!!

as requested by 资深少女, i will also share my food and exercise dairy in my blog. Hopefully through sharing and monitoring, i'm able to control my dairy diet, and work harder for my "keep fit" plan... hehe

7.45am Breakfast: Wholemeal bread with low fat blueberry jam (super thin layer), hahaha) [~150 kcal]

12pm Lunch: Trimshake submeal + 1 apple [~200 kcal]

5.30pm Dinner Yong TauFu Soup with Bee Hoon (4 vege + egg + 2 fish balls) + 2 small slices of watermelon

10pm Supper: 1 pear

Exercise: Walk back home ~ 20 mins (this one considered as exercise??? @.@)
