Early morning wake up breakfast together with dear dear and send her to bus stop... yawn.... sleepy....

6.30am Breakfast: Chee Cheong Fun (shld be around 200kcal)

12.30pm Lunch: Trimshake submeal + 1 apple (~200kcal)0

7.30pm DInner Subway - Subway Melt [384kcal] + 2 cookies [~400kcal] + a cup of coke light

OMG....... my dinner contains around 800kcal!!!!!!!!!! chammm la chammm la....
tomorrow gotto cut down foods d.... NO MORE FAST FOODS NEXT TIME!!!

12.30am: 50x sit up before sleep
