wah, today very busy, almost no time to write the food diary tim...
but die die must write out before go to sleep!!!
8am: Breakfast - 豆沙饼 1个(婉嘉从melaka带回来的 ) + 1/2 cup HL low fat milk
12pm: Lunch - Trimshake + 1 apple + small slice of banana cheesecake (thanks shi min for the super nice cheesecake, i want more next time!!!)
5pm: Dinner - Oyng Taufu soup with bee hoon
11.30pm: Supper - 1 apple + 1/2 pcs of Royce chocolate (sinful!!!)
50 x sit up before sleep~~~ Nitez

yeah, same to u...
but compared to your food diary, my one appeared to be very boring. Everyday repeating the same diet, same exercise. hehe
