9.30am: Breakfast - 1 slice of wholemeal bread + 1/2 cup of low-fat HL milk (~100kcal)
1pm: Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple (~200kcal)
With refer to my weight measured at 3 Nov (i called it as X kg, hehe), weight measured today at 2pm is (X-0.6) kg. Will record the weight lose every 2,3 days...
7pm Dinner: Mixed rice - less rice + 2 vege, 1 taufu, and 1 fried egg
1 slice of honeydrew
50 x sit up before sleep
