as requested by 资深少女, i will also share my food and exercise dairy in my blog. Hopefully through sharing and monitoring, i'm able to control my dairy diet, and work harder for my "keep fit" plan... hehe
7.45am Breakfast: Wholemeal bread with low fat blueberry jam (super thin layer), hahaha) [~150 kcal]
12pm Lunch: Trimshake submeal + 1 apple [~200 kcal]
5.30pm Dinner Yong TauFu Soup with Bee Hoon (4 vege + egg + 2 fish balls) + 2 small slices of watermelon
10pm Supper: 1 pear
Exercise: Walk back home ~ 20 mins (this one considered as exercise??? @.@)
50x sit up before sleep....

haha, the time is when i compose this post mar... but i posted it at around 11.30pm lor... so right after post mar go to bed lor... hehe
wa ur daily intake less than 700 kcal??? hou sai lei ah~~~ not hungry?!

sm: hehe, i not sure how much calories the yong taufu contain... normally shld be around 300 kcal+ gua... hungry then mar go eat fruits lor... i stored a lot of apples and pears in my friedge, hehe...
