Early morning wake up breakfast together with dear dear and send her to bus stop... yawn.... sleepy....
6.30am Breakfast: Chee Cheong Fun (shld be around 200kcal)
12.30pm Lunch: Trimshake submeal + 1 apple (~200kcal)0
7.30pm DInner Subway - Subway Melt [384kcal] + 2 cookies [~400kcal] + a cup of coke light
OMG....... my dinner contains around 800kcal!!!!!!!!!! chammm la chammm la....
tomorrow gotto cut down foods d.... NO MORE FAST FOODS NEXT TIME!!!
12.30am: 50x sit up before sleep

Food Dairy 4 Nov 2010
as requested by 资深少女, i will also share my food and exercise dairy in my blog. Hopefully through sharing and monitoring, i'm able to control my dairy diet, and work harder for my "keep fit" plan... hehe
7.45am Breakfast: Wholemeal bread with low fat blueberry jam (super thin layer), hahaha) [~150 kcal]
12pm Lunch: Trimshake submeal + 1 apple [~200 kcal]
5.30pm Dinner Yong TauFu Soup with Bee Hoon (4 vege + egg + 2 fish balls) + 2 small slices of watermelon
10pm Supper: 1 pear
Exercise: Walk back home ~ 20 mins (this one considered as exercise??? @.@)
50x sit up before sleep....
that's all for today.. gd nitez!!!

四月一日,愚人节... 但是这天对我还有另外一个意义,就是哥哥張國榮离开我们的日子。七年了,日子过得好快。七年前,他选择在愚人节,开了大家一个玩笑。。。 他走了。。。 留下的,只有他的歌,他的电影。。。
在听着他的歌: 追,今生今世,小明星,当年情,风继续吹。。。 每一首都是很动听的歌曲。。。
在这个夜里,一首一首,慢慢回味。。。

farewell for ys
上个星期六去给ys farewell, 她要去germany读master了,下个月初要走了。一去就去两年,唉,没有人陪我吃supper了 (@.@ 不是说要减肥么???)好啦好啦,既然是要去酱久,就勉强被她“屈“请吃好料啦... 还 purposely 去 mingyian 家做了蛋塔给她,完成她最后的要求...
希望她以后在germany生生性性啦.不要那么贪玩,专心读书, 不要那么大头虾, 要好好照顾自己 bla bla bla bla bla bla..... (看!天下间那有这么好的fyp mentor 啊?她应该感到光荣咯~~~)
最后附送 ys 招牌笑容照片一张...
希望她以后在germany生生性性啦.不要那么贪玩,专心读书, 不要那么大头虾, 要好好照顾自己 bla bla bla bla bla bla..... (看!天下间那有这么好的fyp mentor 啊?她应该感到光荣咯~~~)

忍。。。
过了QE后,还是继续放纵自己,大吃大喝,今朝有酒今朝醉... 一大堆零食,巧克力,饼干往嘴里塞... 好不快活啊.... 看来体重又飙升了。再这样下去肯定不行了,要从新开始我的减肥大计了...
以后每天:
早餐 - low fat yogurt一杯 + 一片softmeal面包 (已经开始一个月了)
午餐 - 正常午餐 (少饭,以减少碳水化合物)
晚餐 - soya milk + pancake or 酿豆腐(不要饭)
尽量不要去吃supper (ah cheong和tyngtze是叫supper的罪魁祸首!!!)减少去吃好料,buffet等(除了朋友的gathering咯)准时运动(errr... 一星期才一次@.@)....
target到chinese new year 至少再减5kg(不敢set太高啦=.=)各位乡亲父老,叔伯兄弟,大家拭目以待啦!!!!!
ps: 大家还有没有减肥tips啊??? :p
