忍。。。

过了QE后,还是继续放纵自己,大吃大喝,今朝有酒今朝醉... 一大堆零食,巧克力,饼干往嘴里塞... 好不快活啊.... 看来体重又飙升了。再这样下去肯定不行了,要从新开始我的减肥大计了...

以后每天:
早餐 - low fat yogurt一杯 + 一片softmeal面包 (已经开始一个月了)
午餐 - 正常午餐 (少饭,以减少碳水化合物)
晚餐 - soya milk + pancake or 酿豆腐(不要饭)

尽量不要去吃supper (ah cheong和tyngtze是叫supper的罪魁祸首!!!)减少去吃好料,buffet等(除了朋友的gathering咯)准时运动(errr... 一星期才一次@.@)....

target到chinese new year 至少再减5kg(不敢set太高啦=.=)各位乡亲父老,叔伯兄弟,大家拭目以待啦!!!!!

减肥的时候就可能会肚子饿,饿的时候可以喝点low fat牛奶,吃香蕉或苹果,也可以喝蜜糖。这些都是可以让你捱饿得咚咚。
还有,吃了这么多年,身体也有很多毒素。可以想办法在周末来个fruit fasting,只吃水果。隔天排毒很有效哦!
