After back from fattening kukup trip, this week must greatly reduce foods intake!!!
8am: Breakfast - Mr Bean Soya Milk + MayoEgg pancake
12.15pm: Lunch - Trimshake submeal + 1 apple
6pm: Dinner - Yong Taufu soup + 1 apple
10.30pm: Supper - 1 apple
Went to measure weight at 4pm, thinking must be very jialat d... eik, who know my weight dropped 0.6kg compared to the day before i wenty to Kukup!!! Yeah~~~~
so now my weight is (X - 2) kg.
PS: X refer to my weight measured at 3 Nov 2010.
