margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 370px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_vUmWp8bmQn0/TOFUmaznNQI/AAAAAAAAAJQ/hi9i9vPtjf0/s320/%25E7%25B0%25A1%25E5%25A0%25B11.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5539802035649983746" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;之后先去 kelong 看鱼，然后就check in 房间，开始唱K，打麻将，玩牌！！！ 4pm 的下午茶有炒米粉，咖哩鸡还有糖水。 吃完了就去市场走走。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;回到房间继续唱K，打麻将，玩牌！ 7pm有 Seafoods BBQ - 炒饭，鸡翅膀，虾，stringray, sotong, satay， 虾饼，香肠，云吞，等等等等等。。。。 最恐怖是我们不需要自己去烧烤，人家烤好了就送来给我们,好像皇帝般的生活。只差几个美女在身边服侍罢了。吃完之后再继续唱K，打麻将，玩牌，一直玩到半夜1点才去睡。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_vUmWp8bmQn0/TOFW2jLcG3I/AAAAAAAAAJY/t_fNcyK00VE/s1600/%25E7%25B0%25A1%25E5%25A0%25B11.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; Until now i still dunno how's the condition and what is the reason. During last visit, i was asked to go for specialist for a more detailed check up. Emmm, when i free then only go to make the check-up appointment la, hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And i searched from website that drinking coffee (or any other caffeine containing drinks) might increase the eye balls' pressure. From the day, till now... i already stopped drinking coffee.... At first it's very torturing, especially during teabreak, when my labmates are tasting their own coffee while taking a break from busy experiment works.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then from my last visit to the optometrist, he told me that actually there is no scientific research on the effect of caffeine on eye balls pressure. Sienz, because of one article i stopped drinking coffee for 2 months!!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But this maybe a good thing for me. Now i'm no longer drink coffee in office (perviously i would have at least 2 cup of coffee everyday!). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yeah, coffee-free days for me now on!!! type='text'>忍。。。</title><content type='html'>过了QE后，还是继续放纵自己，大吃大喝，今朝有酒今朝醉... 一大堆零食，巧克力，饼干往嘴里塞... 好不快活啊.... 看来体重又飙升了。再这样下去肯定不行了，要从新开始我的减肥大计了...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;以后每天：&lt;br /&gt;早餐 - low fat yogurt一杯 + 一片softmeal面包 （已经开始一个月了）&lt;br /&gt;午餐 - 正常午餐 （少饭，以减少碳水化合物）&lt;br /&gt;晚餐 - soya milk + pancake or 酿豆腐(不要饭）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;尽量不要去吃supper (ah cheong和tyngtze是叫supper的罪魁祸首！！！）减少去吃好料，buffet等（除了朋友的gathering咯）准时运动(errr... 一星期才一次@.@）....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;target到chinese new year 至少再减5kg（不敢set太高啦=.=）各位乡亲父老，叔伯兄弟,大家拭目以待啦！！！！！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>passed le...</title><content type='html'>已经一个多月没update我的blog了，就是为了准备我的 phd qualifying exam (好啦好啦，还得承认偶尔也会在lab打dota来舒缓压力啦~~~）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;准备了酱久，终于passed le。 但是还是被问得哑口无言，幸好老板在一旁帮我补充，勉强过关了... 松了一口气，但却没有想象中的开心。是因为通过这个qualifying exam, 发现了很多新的问题要去解决，还有很多fundamental knowledge 要去掌握... 或许这就是phd都会经过的路程吧... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;休息一下，明天research重新出发！！！&lt;br type='text'>仲有report.. report.......</title><content type='html'>放心放心，这段时间没有update我的blog，不是因为我半途而废，而是忙着赶我phd的QE(qualifying exam)report... 这两个星期每天都在office写report，很晚才回家,也要赶快补充一些results,好让我的report更加完美... 当然，偶尔也会和ck打下dota轻松一下... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;今天终于写完了，交上去了。。。 耶～～～ 鬆了口气! 傍晚和labmates去JP吃dinner庆祝，耶～～～（cheh, 好像过了QE酱）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;在这边想借这个机会谢谢一些人:谢谢py帮我改grammar; xq,ck,zl的意见; type='text'>一些感想</title><content type='html'>昨日替友人庆祝生日，在“日本村”吃晚餐，八卦了很多我以前IA公司department的现况。。、从她口中得知我以前的IA supervisor，CL (对，他的名字和我的很接近）已经辞职跑去做老师了。原因: 新上司，新作风... 他受不了新上司的不公平对待，不干了... 而且很多以前的同事也走了....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;对于他的遭遇和决定，有一点可惜和心寒。对我来说，他是亦师亦友。在IA短短5个月的时间，他教会了我很多东西。我在完成我的project的同时，我每几个星期会被叫去跟不同的engineer学习他们的process和equipment。当有新的AE(assistance engineers)时，CL会叫我去教他们,解释给他们。也给我机会和其他department的人合作，吸取更多的经验。Department的team building 也让我负责。同时也给我另外两个project - 减10kg 和 找女朋友... (哈哈，这两个project不能如期完成！！！）IA这段时间真的很快乐，很有意思...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;一直以来都跟他保持联络，他结婚时也有邀请我。他也是唯一能打动我读phd决心的人。最后一个学期时，他来电：“chee lap 啊，你找到工作了吗？有没有兴趣过来join我们？“ 哇，我的心突然间有点摇动了...考虑了很久，最后还是决定读phd了。希望读完phd了才去再跟他合作吧....&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;看来office politics真的是很恐怖... 偶尔也会有朋友找我诉说公司的不开心事... 唉～ 没办法啦... 有人的地方就有这种事情发生... 即来之则安之吧...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;最后也祝福我的IA
